LIMITED WARRANTY
X-Wire Technology warrants that the software media, under normal use in a compatible environment, will be free from defects for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of download. If Tizer Secure™ is defective, X-Wire Technology has the option to either replace the defective product or refund the entire purchase price of Tizer Secure™, less any shipping, handling and tax. If we refund the purchase price of Tizer Secure™, we are terminating your rights under this license agreement.

To receive a refund or replacement under this warranty, we must be notified in writing within thirty (30) days of the purchase. Any replacement software will be warranted for the remainder of time left in the originally purchased license agreement.

If your system is damaged or does not meet our minimum system requirements upon download, then you will not be entitled to a refund under this warranty. Further, this agreement does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or that it will operate uninterrupted and without error. It does not cover defect or problems caused by hardware or software used in conjunction with Tizer Secure™.

This limited warranty is exclusive to Tizer Secure™ and replaces all other warranties, written, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose.

This limited warranty is void if it is breached resulting from accident, corruption or misuse of the Software by someone other than an X-Wire Technology employee or contract vendor.

Rights may vary from state to state and from country to country and may supersede some of the information in this warranty.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
X-Wire Technology, its employees and contract vendors are not liable for damages to you, any other parties or any other hardware or software as a result of using Tizer Secure™. This includes loss because of computer downtime, loss due to physical damage, as well as data loss, profit or business loss and any other consequential damages, even if X-Wire Technology has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

X-Wire Technology is not liable for any damage to your computer, system, location, home or office as a result of using Tizer Secure™, whether properly or improperly. We do not recommend using Tizer Secure™ in any area that requires continuous, faultless or high-risk operation (or critical environment). We do not guarantee that Tizer Secure™ will remove every malicious threat.

X-Wire Technology’s cumulative liability, if any, shall not exceed the license fee paid for use of Tizer Secure™. This provision shall survive termination of the license.

This disclaimer of liability is in effect even if you do not install the software.

SUPPORT
All software and database updates as well as e-mail-based technical support is free for the entire period of your purchased license.
