If the Tizer Secure™ technical team is unable to remove malware, clean or optimize your system, the $65 service fee is refundable, less any transaction fees or credit card charges.

Tizer Secure™ comes with e-mail based technical support that registered users can access from the application:

Scan-Log Analysis: If you encounter a problem, use the Log tool to attach the appropriate scan log and describe the situation. Our technical support team will customize a solution for you.
Suspect Threat Analysis: Use the Reporting tool to send files to our technical support team for analysis. The results will be used to update Tizer Secure's™ database, heuristic scan and application for all users.
