Using Tizer™ UnLocker
Tizer™ UnLocker gives you two options to scan for hidden files or folders. You may either right click on a file, folder, or drive or browse your computer from within the software.

| Using the right click |
| 1. |
Right clicking on any file or folder allows you to use Tizer™ UnLocker, and gives you the following options: |
| |
a) Tizer UnLocker->Unlock |
| |
b) Tizer UnLocker->Move |
| |
c) Tizer UnLocker->Rename |
| |
d) Tizer UnLocker->Delete |

Unlock: This will show all the handles, process names, file locations, and process IDs which are using the file or folder you have selected. From there you are given some more options: |

| a) |
Kill Process: Select the processes that you want to close and this will kill all of the processes one by one. |
| b) |
UnLock Handle: Select the files that you want to Unlock and this will unlock all the files one by one. |
| c) |
Cancel: Select this if you don’t want to do anything. |
| d) |
Download Tizer™ Secure: You will be taken to the Tizer™ Secure full download website and can access the free 14-day trial. |
| e) |
Drop Down: This menu contains some important options such as move, rename, and delete. |

| i. | Move - If you want to move the file that is locked, it is necessary to first unlock the file and then move it to the selected location. Select the folder from the dialog and the file will be moved to the selected location. |
| ii. | Rename - If you want to rename the file that is locked, it is necessary to first unlock the file and then rename it. You cannot rename multiple files at a time so you will need to select one file at a time. Type the new file name in the text box and the file will be renamed. |
| iii. | Delete - You can delete the file that is locked. Select delete from the drop down menu and it will delete all files that are locked and checked. The application will delete any file stated in file locked section, but it is advised to unlock the file first before deleting it. |
| iv. | No Action - This will not change anything. |

Move: This option will move the file or folder to the selected location. Moving will fail if the object is locked so you will have to set it free before you can move it. |
| 4. |
Rename: This option will rename the file or folder you have right clicked on. Renaming will fail if the object is locked so you will have to set it free before you can rename it. |
| 5. |
Delete: This option will directly delete the file you have right clicked on. You cannot delete a folder using this option. If you are using Windows 7, the delete option will open a Unlock dialog and you can then follow the instructions given in the Unlock section above. |

| Browsing for files, folders, and drives within the software |
| 1. |
Upon launching Tizer™ UnLocker, you will be given the option to browse and select a file, folder, or drive. |

a) Your selected scan will start and you may then start following step 2 above. |
